Where does Strap Atelier ship to?
We ship world-wide with exception of a few countries. All orders including local and international orders are posted using Qxpress & DHL which will come with a tracking number. Do you have a physical store? How do I ensure if your watch straps are of good quality?
While we don't have a traditional brick-and-mortar store, we do have a local office where you can stop by for product viewings, installation help, or customizations. You can find our address on Google or the 'Contact Us' page. Plus, we offer a 30-day refund policy if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.
How do I know what size should I buy?
It's very easy! Just measure the distance between the lug to lug! Should the lug width be an odd-number, we recommend you to round up or down to the nearest even number. Does the product come with a springbar removal tool & springbars?
Every purchase be given a free springbar removal tool & cleaning suede cloth. Every purchase is entitled to a pair of free springbar upon request at the checkout, and size should be indicated.
Do you have custom orders?
Yes, we do carry bespoke straps such as Horween Chromexcel® leather, Horween Dublin leather, cowhide leather and more! Sourced from various tanneries across the world — US Horween, French Alran S.A.S, & Kasin Tannery. For more specific orders, you can send us a picture as design reference and let us know the preferred leather, otherwise we are able to suggest you one!
